You should also train your call center people better. They’re giving misleading, or worse, false information about the pet on board protocol. How do you expect people to come prepared if your staff can’t agree on the rules?

Hey @WestJet, next time a dog is in distress on one of your flights, the last thing that helps is your “trained” attendant threatening to cancel the return flight for that passenger. Extremely disappointed with your performance today.
