Millions of hectares of state owned land in South Africa currently sit fallow. There is no evidence that seizing additional land will lead to success. Forced seizures disrupt supply chains, when productive farms are targeted, the immediate results are job losses for farmworkers and higher food prices for the most vulnerable citizens. A stable nation treats all its people as equal citizens. Seizing property based on skin color is governance failure. Lawful ownership is already open to anyone with the necessary means and skills. Turning land reform into a grab ignores the reality that farming is a highly technical industry, not merely a matter of owning soil. True progress lies in empowering capable farmers on the millions of hectares already available, rather than the forced displacement of fellow citizens. The push for land seizures is a political distraction from the reality of unproductive state owned land and idle elite estates. Targeting productive citizens based on race is not reform, it is a scam. The South African people must demand that the government release the land it already owns to aspiring farmers of all races based on capability and expertise, rather than racially targeting existing productive businesses.

History proves that every country that practiced apartheid was eventually strangled by sanctions until they reformed.
Inviting that kind of isolation again would be catastrophic for South Africa. There is absolutely no need for racial laws that sideline any part of the population in 2026.
The economy should be built on meritocracy, not racism.

Is he saved?

President Lee Jae Myung, for some strange reason, chose to dig up a story from 2024 and to cite a fake account that falsely presented it as a current event. This account is notorious for spreading anti-Israeli disinformation and falsehoods about Israel. The event discussed occurred during an operation against terrorists, at a time when Israeli soldiers were facing direct and immediate threats to their lives. The event was thoroughly investigated and addressed two years ago.
Yet we have not heard a single word from the President about the terrorists who were at the center of this event.
Nor have we heard a word from the President regarding the recent Iranian and Hezbollah terror attacks against Israeli citizens.
Mr. President, it’s always better to check before posting.
