@GWRHelp Once again, on GWR guidance, I have taken the 5:11 from Didcot Parkway to Reading to catch the 5:23 Swansea train from London Paddington, only to find the latter train is stopping at Didcot Parkway after all. What is going on, please?

@GWRHelp are you sure, as I was told this train would not stop at Didcot Parkway this week by one of your colleagues via WhatsApp and it does not show up on the journey planner. Please could you clarify the situation?

@bugsinblood Hi there, thanks for getting in touch. I apologise for the delayed response. Due to engineering works, the 05:23 service will stop at Didcot Parkway on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday this week -Szabina

@superstreps Yes, it's still scheduled to run through that station but is unable to make any calls as it will be on the fast line through Didcot Parkway rather than the slow line. This is because the train is travelling via Bristol Parkway due to the engineering works - Michaela

@superstreps Hi Angela, sorry to hear that. Yes, this service won't be calling at Didcot Parkway from the 28th October, and will start calling there again from the 11th November. This will be because of the engineering works taking place - Michaela

@GWRHelp For the w/c 28 October, how can you justify the 5:23 London Paddington to Swansea train not stopping at Didcot Parkway, even though it will pass through the station? As the first train that connects Didcot to Bristol TM, cancelling this stop has huge consequences.
