🚀 SuperWorld Featured on @hackernoon! What if your favorite coffee shop, park, or even the Eiffel Tower could become a source of income?” ☕🌍 That’s the future we’re building at SuperWorld — turning every real-world location into a digital economy powered by Web3, immersive tech, and AI. HackerNoon just published a deep dive on how SuperWorld is transforming the real world into a “phygital” layer of opportunity — where anyone can buy virtual real estate, create worlds, and monetize activity tied to real-world locations. 💡 Backed by Tim Draper’s Draper Goren Holm, SOSV, RedBeard Ventures, Moon Pursuit Capital, and more — we’ve already surpassed $5.2M in virtual real estate sales across 23,000+ plots, with 10M+ bookable venues and 250K+ events integrated. And now — as we prepare to launch our native token $SPWR on Coinbase’s Base network, you can still get early access before our public launch via our Republic community round 👇 👉 republic.com/superworld 🗞️ Read the full HackerNoon feature: 👉 hackernoon.com/how-superworld…

The Internet for real world locations 1/ The internet has feeds for content, marketplaces for products, and apps for messaging. But real places still don’t have a true digital layer. 2/ People save places, recommend places, review places, and build communities around places. But that activity is scattered across platforms. 3/ SuperWorld is building a map of the real world that people can actually use, personalize, and participate in. 4/ Creators can add content to locations. Brands can activate places. Communities can form around places. Owners can benefit from ecosystem activity. 5/ We think the next big platform layer is grounded in the real world. Most people think virtual real estate is pixel land in a game 🎮 But SuperWorld is different. Every plot is tied to a real location on Earth 🌍 — cafés ☕, hotels 🏨, beaches 🏖️, stadiums 🏟️. 🎧 I just watched this 1h43m episode of The Diary of a CEO with Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi. The headline is provocative: “AI Will Replace 9.4 Million Jobs At Uber.” But the conversation is much deeper than a shock statement. It’s about leadership under pressure. AI disruption at scale. Autonomous systems in the real world. And what happens when a platform that moves millions of people daily becomes increasingly automated. Here’s what stood out. 1️⃣ AI Is Already Inside the Company — Not Coming “One Day” Dara talks about how AI is already reshaping Uber’s business. This isn’t hypothetical. He mentions that around 90% of Uber’s coders now rely on AI tools. That changes everything. If developers become 30–50% more productive, you don’t need the same structure. You don’t hire the same way. You don’t measure output the same way. AI isn’t replacing developers overnight. It’s compressing execution time. And that slowly restructures the org chart. 2️⃣ The Driver Question: Replace or Redesign? The big tension in the episode is obvious: Will AI replace millions of Uber drivers? Dara doesn’t frame it as a binary “yes or no.” Autonomous vehicles are progressing. Cost curves are changing. Safety data is improving. But large-scale autonomy in public roads is not just a tech issue — it’s: • Regulatory • Social • Political • Economic The bigger question isn’t: “Will AI replace drivers?” It’s: “What does transportation look like when machines operate fleets?” That’s a systems-level shift. 3️⃣ 80% Of Jobs Facing Disruption By 2035 This wasn’t framed as fear — but as inevitability. Disruption doesn’t always mean elimination. It means redesign. When AI improves efficiency, we hit something like the Jevons Paradox (which he references): Efficiency gains often increase total demand. So the outcome may not be fewer jobs. It may be different jobs. But transitions are messy. Entire skill sets become less valuable. New ones emerge. Adaptability becomes the primary asset. 4️⃣ “Wartime Leadership” Isn’t About Aggression — It’s About Clarity One of the strongest parts of the episode wasn’t about AI at all. It was about how Dara led Uber from losing $3B per year to generating $9B+ in free cash flow. His themes: • Radical transparency • Telling uncomfortable truths • Aligning leadership early • Creating a culture of continuous improvement In unstable markets, ambiguity kills companies faster than competition. Clarity compounds. 5️⃣ The Real Shift: Platforms Becoming Intelligence Systems Uber used to be thought of as: A ride-hailing app. Now it’s more accurately described as: A logistics + AI optimization engine coordinating supply and demand at global scale. When AI moves from optimizing prices to operating vehicles… We cross into a different era. Not “AI as assistant.” AI as operator. And once AI operates in the physical world — the economic consequences are far larger than chatbots or content tools. My Takeaway: This episode isn’t about fear. It’s about acceleration. AI doesn’t destroy value overnight. It compresses timelines. Redesigns roles. Restructures incentives. Shifts leverage. And the people who win in that environment are not just “AI users.” They’re: • System thinkers • Fast learners • Truth-tellers • Builders who adapt before they’re forced to The question isn’t whether AI will change your industry. It’s whether you redesign yourself before the system redesigns you. Curious: Do you believe AI will primarily eliminate jobs or fundamentally redefine them? Full Episode: youtube.com/watch?v=s52O1J…

Every Location Is a Digital Asset Waiting to Be Claimed 🌍 There are 64.8 billion virtual plots mapped across the entire planet. Every street. Every beach. Every hotel. Every restaurant. Every monument. Every hidden corner of Earth. For the first time in history, the entire physical world has a digital ownership layer. Most people don’t realize this yet. But they didn’t realize domain names would matter either. They didn’t realize social handles would become brand equity. They didn’t realize digital real estate could shape trillion-dollar companies. Early always feels abstract. Later, it feels obvious. ⸻ The Shift Happening Right Now We are moving from an internet of pages… to an internet of places. For decades, the web was detached from geography. You visited websites. You followed feeds. You scrolled endlessly. But the real world — where life actually happens — remained economically disconnected from digital ownership. That’s changing. Now, digital layers can be anchored directly to physical coordinates. Meaning value isn’t just online anymore. It’s location-based. ⸻ Why This Matters Think about it: • Billions of people travel every year • Trillions of dollars are spent in physical locations • Every business operates somewhere • Every memory is tied to a place Yet ownership of digital value tied to those places has been limited. When digital activity, recommendations, bookings, AR layers, content, and transactions connect to specific locations — those locations become programmable. The planet becomes infrastructure. ⸻ A New Type of Asset Class Virtual real estate mapped to real-world locations creates something entirely new: Not just land. Not just content. Not just software. But a phygital asset class — where digital ownership intersects with real-world activity. This isn’t about replacing cities. It’s about enhancing them. It’s about participation. Instead of just visiting Paris, you could participate in the value created there. Instead of just posting from Tokyo, you could own a stake in the digital layer of that location. Instead of being a passive tourist, you become a stakeholder. ⸻ The Early Stage Opportunity Right now, it still sounds futuristic. That’s the signal. Because when something becomes obvious to everyone, the early advantage is gone. The internet rewarded: • Early domain owners • Early social adopters • Early crypto believers • Early AI builders The next frontier may be: Early geographic digital ownership. And there are 64.8 billion plots available. Across the entire Earth. ⸻ The Bigger Vision Imagine: • Cities where digital experiences are layered onto physical streets • Creators curating entire neighborhoods • Businesses activating AR storefronts • Communities forming around specific coordinates • Location-based economies emerging The world stops being just something you move through. It becomes something you can shape. ⸻ We are entering an era where geography itself becomes interactive, ownable, and monetizable. The map is no longer just for navigation. It’s becoming a platform. So the real question isn’t whether this shift will happen. It’s simple: If every location is a digital asset… Where would you claim?
