This is the Oracle Pool chart which is a major resource for #LUNC and #USTC staking rewards. We can see that 12 months ago the number of $LUNC coins was around 160 billion and today we are below 100 billion. The number of $USTC coins (which are also part of staking rewards) dropped from 576 million to 340 million. We can say that the nominal value of Oracle Pool has fallen by about 40% in the last 12 months. The source of staking rewards is smaller = Yes, the gradual decrease of the Oracle Pool causes a decrease in staking rewards. At the same time, the gradual increase in the staking ratio also causes a decrease in staking rewards for the individual. The rewards are redistributed among more wallets. It will therefore be very interesting to see what will happen in the next 1-5 years. It will be even more interesting to see what economic impact the drop in staking rewards will have. I often observe a dominant narrative that when the Oracle Pool runs out and we are unable to fund it: 1. Delegators will leave because the staking rewards APR will not be attractive enough 2. validators will leave because the cost will be too high compared to the income 3. this economic system will collapse because it will not be possible to finance maintenance and development It seems completely logical... However, when we look at real examples of other cryptocurrencies, this is not true. $BTC halving means a 50% decrease in the reward source. This happens automatically every 4 years. Does this mean that the system is collapsing economically? It doesn't look like it. What about other cryptocurrencies that already have a lower APR than #LunaClassic today but are rising in price? It is possible that a decrease in the source of rewards will cause the value of this asset to increase. As a resource runs out, it becomes more valuable. It used to be easy to mine 1 bitcoin, today it is extremely financially and technically demanding. In the past, a graphics card was enough to mine 1 BTC, and today we need a server room with special equipment. It looks like the value of 1 BTC is much higher today. Lower availability with constant or increasing demand = higher value. So... What do you think? Are we expecting an economic collapse or a significant increase in the value of #LUNC? Is the decline in the number of #LUNC and #USTC coins in the Oracle Pool really an economic problem? Or is it an event we should celebrate because even BTC fans are celebrating the bitcoin halving?

Just to clarify, your #LUNC is held on the blockchain. Terra Station is a tool used to access your funds. If a wallet provider shuts down, you just go to another. You do not need to undelegate or move your coins. You simply recover your wallet on new dApp.
