If I only get one tool: APM. Datadog / New Relic / Elastic APM can show: • slow endpoints • DB time • external calls • error spikes • traces across services Then I pair it with: • Grafana/Prometheus for infra metrics • Logs for exact failures • DB slow query logs Fastest path is correlation, not guessing.

@shadcn Nice, just tried it yesterday. It wasn’t clear though if it has usage against codex limits or ChatGPT limits (if any)

@yazins Same experience, one thing that annoyed me though in one task it kept asking me to approve so i couldn’t really let it run in the background.

ok i've barely used cursor the past 18 months.. but today, i pulled it up and asked it to implement one of the more ambitious projects i had in mind .. something that really pushes it, y'know? the project was a nextjs web app, with a chrome extension + tauri desktop app (mac/win/unix) spent 10 mins working on a spec for the work, and left the thing to run -- checking in at key points to make sure everything worked. all told, it worked for like 3 hours.. and in the end, i had a suite of fully working apps! and the crazy bit is ... i don't even know which model it used?! i just picked "Premium" > "Max mode" (i have $60k in credits to burn and 6 months to do so) needless to say, i'm going to be using cursor alot more from now..
Cursor@cursor_ai

We’re introducing Cursor 3. It is simpler, more powerful, and built for a world where all code is written by agents, while keeping the depth of a development environment.

@kieranklaassen @cursor_ai Totally agree! What about parallel work on the same repo? I kind of avoid same repo parallel work there as I struggle sometimes with worktrees.

I am more and more convinced that this is the future of software development UI. @cursor_ai is the closest in my opinion A list of work you're working on parallel, the agent in the middle, and most importantly, the thing you're building on the right. Because you want to see what you're building, you want to give feedback, you want to work on it. As a builder, the code is not important anymore. As a builder, it is all about what you're building. So seeing the app next to the agent is very important.

Day 3 with OpenClaw: In all my tests, GPT 5.4 is consistently the worst model for agentic tasks. Lazy, stupid, never follows anything, feels like you are a baby sitter. I don't know how OpenAI manages to make such a shitty model but this feels terrible. I miss Opus.

@theo One guy has converted the code to Python and was okay because it’s a different code and you cannot copyrights “ideas”. The same can be done for instance to rewrite in.. Rust?

@nikitabier That works well in politics.. What about tagging politics posts with Grok to apply this rule. Many of the communities nowadays are global for instance tech communities, gamers, writers, and so on.

Starting Thursday, we'll be updating our revenue sharing incentives to better reward the content we want on X: We will be giving more weight to impressions from your home region—to encourage content that resonates with people in your country, in neighboring countries and people who speak your language. While we appreciate everyone's opinion on American politics, we hope this will disincentivize gaming the attention of US or Japanese accounts and instead, drive diverse conversations on the platform. We invite creators to start building an audience locally. X will be a much richer community when there's relevant posts for people in all parts of the world.

@leerob @davidtsolheim Not sure if it’s an alpha thing, but would love to have the Cursor Glass as a separate app from Cursor IDE. This way also aligns with how people are developing products nowadays without the need to the old interface. For the legacy interface we can always install the usual IDE.

@davidtsolheim Editor isn’t going anywhere! In our new interface, you can also open and edit files. This is still pretty important, even if agents write more and more code.

Cursor, please keep the traditional editor accessible easily. It is so nice to be able to use a different AI tool, then open in the normal editor to see the code. I know in the future we will not need this, and you need to plan for that of course, but for now please keep. <3

@cursor_ai Congrats on the launch! Love this direction, I used to use Codex and then jump to Cursor, now I can be fully on Cursor. One downside from first impression that I have to go top-right to open Glass window. I would have loved 2 separate apps like: - Cursor - Cursor Agents (new)

@Baconbrix How do they detect “vibe coding” though. Especially if it’s an Expo app where logic is encapsulated in JS bundle. But also applies to Swift code.
