The people treating AI as some foreign invasion of human territory have the story completely backwards. AI is the next compression event. The real question is whether you understand it already is. Partially. Incrementally. On the continuum. And the continuum does not stop. It has never stopped. @ianmiles Do regular exercises for lower back and shoulders. The office kills you without it. You can prevent most. Even if you have pain you should do correct exercises which eventually disappears. Much better than meds. I have stiffness but exercise to avoid too much meds.

I had to have neck surgery three times because the first two were done wrong. My back still hurts a little bit. I’m like, can AI please solve back pain? That would be a huge win. Honestly, the average happiness level for humans would go up tremendously if you just solved back pain. It’s not a question of if you’ll get back pain, it’s when.
