Our team reached to Camp 2 today and it was a wreckage site. We found that both our tents and all equipments that we had left here for the summit plan are all destroyed and swept away by the wind.

A midgey pitch last night but mid Wales is good walking. Not seen a single other walker on the Cambrian Way. This is country for the lover of solitude.

Walking the #ViaFrancigenaDelSud towards #Benevento in #Italy last October. Beautiful time of year there, grapes are ripe for harvest and trees full of fruit.

This w/end 10 years ago we were packing our rucksacks for SP1.Some adventures since.Though we've travelled many trails, traversed many ranges & sat around many fires,we have always stayed true to the wonder we unassumingly ignited that day we took those 1st steps into the unknown

One of the SPers completed a very tough Gaelforce in Maamturk Mts, (22km & 1350m ascent) in inclement conditions through open mountains, bogs and forest trails. Maith thú Colm!
