Once again met someone and when I said “I’m the radio guy” she said “oh, I don’t listen to the radio”. Give me ONE other profession where that’s the go-to reply: “I’m a realtor” oh sorry, I plan on renting my whole life “I’m a dentist” sorry I don’t brush my teeth???

Today I say good bye to my Tink. She was guarded, sassy, and always had very clear boundaries.. never really a snuggler but she was brave, curious, loved a good snowfall, and always the first to check on you if something seemed off. I will miss her so very much.

Plus just to add to my joy today - I witnessed grown ass adults act like bullies while trying to demonstrate their support for an event that is all about inclusiveness. Time for bed and to start fresh in the morning.

If you ever wanted to struggle with the idea that most people are fundamental good. Join a strata council or better yet become the president of one! #fml

The hardest thing about a huge emotional experience is that it rips open any past trauma that was never fully healed, taking what is already overwhelming to a whole new level. If those experiences start to layer up over a short period of time either your bandwidth grows or...

I really dislike how all (or most) social media platforms are connected.. I miss curating for different aspects of my personality that appeal to different groups of people.

@HudsonHMack @CityOfVictoria I know it's an unpopular opinion but I actually don't avoid downtown and often go on purpose to specific shops to get what I need or want, I don't even find parking that bad.

People in Victoria avoid downtown because of the violence and squalor. Empty storefronts crowd out remaining businesses hanging by a thread. Seems like a good time for @CityOfVictoria to jack up parking fines. SMH. #yyj #bcpoli

Today I received this message from an author whose book I am narrating "...this is the first time I've ever gotten teary eyed at hearing my words in audio format...this was a real treat. Thank you!" It's such an honour to bring an authors work to an audio format!

@darren_fm I ended up doing better than expected with VO and my taxes (which were filed late) ended up bumping me into a higher bracket. I am happy yet so sad..

I’m losing faith in everything. What’s the point anymore?

Decided to use the non automated way to grab my ticket @BCFerries (Swartz Bay) bad idea.. apparently i interrupted a bitch session that was far more important than me buying a ticket and having a couple question's.

Processing grief.. no matter what has caused the grief.. is really hard.

My heart is a little bit broken tonight. My The Office themed geocache was stolen. I know this happens to many hides at some point. I spent a lot of time creating that cache and it represented something I was passionate about. Not sure if I’ll replace it.. or just archive it.
