'That Dark Spring' by @susannah_writes, is beautifully structured and perfectly paced and I couldn't stop reading it. It's going to take its place as a true crime classic.

I've just been shown a copy of 'Look and Learn' (1960s magazine for children) by friend @susannah_writes and we've become slightly hysterical over the idea that the average 11 year old might be tempted to pore over a full page article on the novels of George Meredith.

Good read! Olive Branson, an artist and hotel owner, found dead in her Provence home in the 1920's. Was it suicide or murder? Beautifully written by @susannah_writes, in the swirl of village,judiciary, police involvement Olive is given her due and her personality shines bright.
