आज रांची में PCI India द्वारा आयोजित ‘नवा उमंग’ कार्यक्रम में सहभागिता का अनुभव बेहद प्रेरणादायक रहा — एक ऐसा प्रयास जो बेटियों के सपनों को नई दिशा और नई उड़ान देने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।
हमारी बेटियाँ केवल सपने नहीं देखतीं, बल्कि उन्हें साकार करने का हौसला, मेहनत और जज़्बा भी रखती हैं। परंतु आज भी उनकी राह में एनीमिया, बाल विवाह, शिक्षा से वंचित होने की मजबूरी और सुरक्षित रोजगार की कमी जैसी कई सामाजिक और आर्थिक चुनौतियाँ खड़ी हैं।
ऐसे समय में JSLPS की दीदियाँ और उमंग परियोजना एक उम्मीद बनकर सामने आई हैं — जहाँ माँ और बेटी के बीच संवाद गहराया है, जहाँ शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और आत्मनिर्भरता की मजबूत नींव रखी जा रही है।
हमारी सरकार किशोरियों के समग्र विकास के लिए पूरी तरह प्रतिबद्ध है, और माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी स्वयं इस दिशा में निर्णायक कदम उठा रहे हैं।
अब ज़रूरत है कि हम सब मिलकर ऐसा वातावरण गढ़ें जहाँ बेटियाँ खुलकर सोच सकें, निर्भय होकर बोल सकें, आत्मविश्वास से आगे बढ़ सकें —जहाँ वे सिर्फ़ सीखें नहीं, नेतृत्व भी करें, और अपने सपनों को साकार करें।

Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) observed the “Prevention of Sexual Harassment Week” in December 2024. DPE held a meeting of the Internal Complaints Committee and completed onboarding on SHe-Box portal. DPE also organized an interactive session on the POSH Act, 2013, chaired by Shri Amardeep Singh Chowdhary, Pr. Advisor on 10th December, 2024. Officers and staff engaged in meaningful discussions and gained a deeper understanding of the importance of POSH Act in creating a safe and respectful workplace for women employees.
