Last night several students at BYU lit up the Y on the mountain near the school as a rainbow. This time last year BYU officials told students that homosexual behavior defies their honor code despite official wording being removed due to pressure.

@sarah_shapley My PI recently said that the most successful leaders are not micro managers. I tend to agree, and he is a great example. Also, being patient and empathetic with work & personal challenges, and brainstorming solutions instead of putting you down is huge to me.
