@delhivery Don't you guys train your agents across India? It's painful to handle your delivery agents who call several times and do not have the address for delivery, and then we have to guide them on how to reach 9th floor... @help_delhivery Terrible and pathetic service !

@airtel_wifi worst customer service team. They give time, call and commit they are coming now…and make you wait for hours. The technicians have no knowledge and can’t explain the issue. Why I get “weak security” connection ? Pls explain & train your field staff!

@qatarairways yes correct. Travel agency sent their cancelation request to qatar airways and they are waiting for the refund from you to them, so that they can refund us. But Qatar is not responding to them at all. Where is the catch ?

We cancelled the 30th March flight—MUM-Doha-Paris-Doha_Mum, through the government travel agent IRCTC on 20/3. IRCTC has not received any update on the refund. Why is Qatar not responding to the travel agent even after 7 days ? Kindly update.
