@arjunrammeghwal After Supreme Court (Number of Judges) Act was made in 1956 judges where in increased to 10 from earlier 7 as per Article 124(1). And till 1986 just an increase to 25 judges then 30 judges only in 2009 after 23 yrs to 33 judges in 2019 to 37 now in 2026. Still too low for India.

The President is pleased to increase the Judge strength of the Supreme Court from 33 to 37 Judges (Excluding the Chief Justice of India) by promulgating The Supreme Court (Number of Judges) Amendment Ordinance, 2026, which has further amended the “Supreme Court (Number of Judges) Act, 1956”.

@himantabiswa It's fascinating how a country of size of just 33,500 sqkm has a company which is a global leader in chip making where they source Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) lithography machine from 1000s of supplier including Carl Zeiss in Germany to Cymer in USA.

This is a huge strategic win for India’s semiconductor ecosystem. ASML is a global leader in lithographic solutions. And lithography is a foundational as well as one of the most precision driven processes in chipmaking which includes printing the circuit on the wafer. Once India is able to ramp up to this critical tech, we will be closer to becoming a key player in the global chip industry.

We spend very little on real R&D. The only thing I am proud of is UPI. We need to build original big tech, not just more copycat startups. Wake up.

The lion isn't turning into a cow. There is deep biological logic behind this. Lions consume everything--fur, feathers, and bones-- much of which their digestive system cannot process. So they eat grass deliberately, as a natural emetic (vomit inducer). A lion's gut does not produce cellulase, the enzyme herbivores use to break down cellulose in grass. So when grass enters the stomach, it irritates the lining and triggers vomiting, purging the indigestible material. Grass also provides something meat simply doesn't: folic acid. Folic acid plays an important role in DNA synthesis and healthy cell function, supporting healthy blood production and circulation. Some scientists also propose what is called the natural mesh theory. Grass forms a fibrous mesh inside the stomach that physically traps fur, feathers, and bone fragments, helping the animal either pass them out or vomit them up more effectively.

@svembu India always needed a two party system. Multi party system just change the discourse of holistic national development too as most of the state subjects like education/healthcare/Law and Order gets affected by so many different parties in different states.

The numbers don't seem to add up. Whatever government is cobbled together is likely to be unstable with various pulls and pressures. Tamil Nadu deserves better. President's rule with fresh elections may be the best course, this time with a very strict "no cash for votes" enforcement. Then we will see who has the real mandate. I think the @TVKVijayHQ will come back with a super majority and if the DMK-AIADMK want to stop that, let them fight together. The BJP should fight alone, even if it leads to zero seats, time for a fresh start for the BJP in TN. Let the people decide afresh.

East India has got rid of regional parties with thrones of RJD,TMC,BJD falling in recent years. Tamil Nadu getting rid of DMK, but with new regional party(TVK). West India all national parties. Sooner India will be two party system naturally. #ElectionResults

@SenSanders It's surprising how a country which is developed and spends billions on war couldn't build or provide affordable homes to homeless in their own country. Reason for that is simple:USA was never built for being affordable. It was built by Europeans to attract talent and do business
