@AmericanAir I've tried several times to get a response from you via customer service with no luck. You left me stranded in Newark last Sunday and aren't reimbursing me on a ticket I had to purchase with another airline to get home for work on Monday. What gives?

@chachatotheleft @AmericanAir Just do you know @AmericanAir will never get back to you. My flight was delayed twice then canceled. And I had to buy a ticket from another airline to get home for my job on Monday. I’ve sent several emails and posted on social and have yet to hear back on a resolution.

The first flight in my chain of flights for @AmericanAir is already 4.5 hours delayed. I may not make it home tonight. After waiting 7+ hours in the airport on Sunday for delays, I am ready to end my consumer relationship with AA and open to ideas for how they can make it right.
