@matt_boot_ The ऐसा means "like this", where the जिसे specifies what that "this" is. (Essentially that-which) वो कुछ ऐसा ढूंढ के लाएंगे They will find something like this वो कुछ ऐसा ढूंढ के लाएंगे जिसे... They will find something like that which... (=find something which...)

@jackj_taba Native speaker, idk the strict grammar but तुम शराब नहीं पीते हो is what I would go for as a neutral statement. तुम शराब पीते नहीं हो usually emphasises the पीते(perhaps you do something else with the शराब). Eg: तुम पैसा नहीं कमाते हो। vs तुम पैसा कमाते नहीं, उड़ाते हो।
