@wblakegray I once asked the same Q in the early 90s. A client told me the good news is vines are dormant. The bad news is my hot tub floated down the river. Bummer! It's OK. The good news is my neighbor's hot tub was better and floated on to my property.

A friend asked me yesterday if flooding will affect grapevines. The answer is, not in winter. The vines are dormant and lots of rain now would be good for them next year.

@wblakegray In the 90s, Napa cab wasn't defined. Phyloxera spread through the valley and almost every vineyard was replanted with clones available at the time. That's how Napa cabernet got its definition. People looked for it because it was consistent. This is another angle, but not a threat
