@EDF975558824132 Hi, Uber will be fine; taxi claim back is only valid from train station to train station; your ticket needs to be valid between those stations as well ^MC

@SW_Help All the taxis outside station are pre-book only so is having to get an uber. He will have record of cost which he will have to reclaim. I really hope it won’t be a problem? Does the uber have to drop him at station his ticket is for or can it drop him home which is a shorter

@SW_Help Please can your staff at Southampton tell passengers that. They have no information and your train information online is not up to date. My son is stuck there. You owe a duty of care to at least help these stranded passengers. No information is so unhelpful.

Absolute shit show on sw trains again this evening 😭 Delayed 19.28 train finally limps into Worcester Park at 19.49 and then terminates at Motspur Park, one stop later 🤯 What is going on @SW_Help ??

@SW_Help stop at Raynes Park, Wimbledon, Earlsfield or Claphan Junction. It will be fast to Waterloo from Motspur Park". So, @SW_Help your train service has broken down, chosen to not allow us to use an alternative, held us in the cold, delayed the next service and then CHOSEN again not

The best part of @SW_Help taking the 18:32 Dorking-Waterloo out of service at Epsom was how they locked the doors while we were on the platform, waited for a Southern train to pull up, stop and depart the opposite platform, meaning we had to wait >30 mins for next train to London

@SW_Help instead of being able to board a train that was a) working and b) right there. So now we get to sit in the cold and the wind of Epsom station instead of being able to use the most convenient and available alternative. This after the Mildmay line was suspended this morning meaning

@hsjjjstca Hi Jonathan, I am afraid I cannot see any live line problems in the Portsmouth area, I would advise to raise this further with our customer services and they will investigate it further, apologies ^MC

@SW_Help Same again today…same all last week and all year - any findings?

@SW_Help why do your trains always slow down between haslemere and Petersfield? There is clearly an issue as it happens every single day - is this a known issue?

@SW_Help can you turn off the constant barrage of auto announcements on repeat on your new trains? Only to have them repeated then by the guard!!!!
