@HDFC_Bank and IOCL @ChairmanIOCL 'playing football' with a senior citizen: As done before on July 11, I booked a gas cylinder thru @payzapp (HDFC). Didn't receive it. Now IOC says check with the bank and HDFC says ask IOC. V Poor customer service. @TOIIndiaNews

@MoPNG_eSeva I think everyone in Indian Oil has forgotten that there's a pending issue for me, the customer. Very poor show with regard to customer service.....why make a show of trying to resolve when there's no will or capability or empathy.

@MoPNG_eSeva The issue is still not resolved. I don't understand why refunding my amount lying with IOCL should take this long.....as for finding where the amount has gone in their system they can take their time to investigate 🤔.

@PetroleumMin @HDFCBank_Cares @MoPNG_eSeva IOCL is not able to resolve the issue. The amount sent by me from HDFC Bank seems to have gone into the Bermuda triangle. I don't understand why they don't refund my money instead of behaving like it is somebody else's problem.

The issue is still not resolved for me...IOCL tckt no: SR873192 Instead of getting the Merchant id from HDFC Bank and resolving the issue, IOCL is busy closing the complaint and reopening it for improving their service turnaround time. @PetroleumMin @HDFCBank_Cares @MoPNG_eSeva
