@eccentric_raven @vickyweberbooks I don't think it's a matter of nothing to write. Some people's lives don't allow them to write when 'the muse strikes' and have to set aside/schedule time to write, which can make it difficult for words to flow. I imagine as an agent, Vicky probably has to do this.

@vickyweberbooks I'm confused. I never stare at the blank page because I only open Word if I have something to write. Why do you open it if you have nothing to write? Sorry, I'm just curious.

@vickyweberbooks @LKCarter_Author That's ridiculous! I've gotten tons of rejection letters from agents and not ONCE did it even cross my mind to say something nasty back. I don't understand it. They need to grow up. (And follow the submission guidelines, apparently 😜).

@LKCarter_Author It is CONSTANT. Most roll off my back but this one was a nasty reply to an automated email that said “Please follow the submission guidelines to query. Unsolicited email queries will not be considered.”

After a nasty, unsolicited email this morning, I’m expanding my #MSWL Wishlist: beyond genre, authors who are nice. Not for me: -Authors who don’t think I’m a person -Authors who treat others poorly -Authors who think they are better than everyone else. 😔
