Traveled down memory lane today. The street scene is Harbin, China in 1987, where I lived as a kid. The 2nd pic is me on the train to Harbin after our family trip to Hawaii. We took three trains starting in Hong Kong to Guangzhou, Beijing, Harbin. What a trip. What a ride. #China

Never forget the names of Iran’s sons and daughters. Listen to what their parents say about why their children sacrificed their lives for a free Iran in January 2026 🇮🇷🦁☀️

This is deeply alarming. According to statements from an IRGC official, Iran’s regime has now lowered the minimum age for participation in war-related roles to just 12 years old. Let’s be clear: Recruiting children into military activity is a violation of international laws and the international community must not stay silent. Twelve-year-olds, kids, being pulled into patrols, checkpoints, and military logistics. This is the same regime that lectures the world about morality. But when it comes to survival? They’re willing to send children into danger.

The Artemis II crew has successfully completed the proximity operations demonstration! This test allows the astronauts to practice piloting Orion similarly to how they would if they were docking with another spacecraft — an important early test objective for the mission.

We’ve got a signal! 📡Orion is talking to the Deep Space Network, which is what NASA uses to communicate with its spacecraft that are out in deep space. For the first time in over 50 years, a spacecraft carrying humans to the Moon is sending signals to Earth.

Column: Carney’s two-faced policy on China exposes his Davos speech as nonsense Given what the PM, a Liberal cabinet minister & an MP said publicly about China’s use of forced labour, the idea they're criticizing China's Xi Jinping in private is laughable. torontosun.com/opinion/column…

🇺🇸 Some fun facts about NASA’s Artemis II mission: - It’ll travel 4,000 miles farther than Apollo 13 - First woman ever going into deep space - Astronauts are bringing their smartphones on board - The Orion capsule is roughly the size of two minivans - They’ll have a 41-minute communications blackout behind the Moon Bonus: They’ll get to watch a total lunar eclipse from space We’re about to send humans farther from Earth than anyone since 1972 and they’re doing it with phones and a minivan-sized spacecraft. 🇮🇱🇮🇷 An American pilot with 25 years of experience, a veteran of three wars and hundreds of combat sorties, spoke about Israeli military pilots. He published a post that quickly went viral: “I’ve flown over Iraq, Afghanistan, and Libya. I thought I had seen everything. But when I saw what the Israeli Air Force is doing in Iran, I realized I’m still a student. Precision. Logistics. 200 aircraft in one night. 500 targets. 1,500 kilometers. No aerial refueling from American bases. All the fuel from home. All the weapons from home. It’s like flying from Miami to New York, bombing targets along the way, and returning— while 200 aircraft move simultaneously without a single collision. To the Israeli pilots: You are not just the best in the Middle East. You are the best in the world. And that’s the final word.”

We are deeply concerned by the Prime Minister’s comments today regarding the situation in Lebanon. Hezbollah is not a benign actor. It is a terrorist proxy of the Iranian regime and a global threat. Its presence extends even to Canada, as highlighted by recent U.S. sanctions on a BC company tied to Hezbollah. The Government of Lebanon has repeatedly demonstrated that it is either unable or unwilling to rein it in—failing to meet its pledge to disarm Hezbollah by the end of 2025, and even failing to follow through on expelling the Iranian ambassador after declaring him persona non grata. This underscores a broader inability to confront Iran’s influence. Meanwhile, civilians in northern Israel cannot be expected to live indefinitely under the constant threat of Iranian-backed missile fire. No democracy would accept such a reality for its citizens—and neither should Israel. It is also important to recall the Prime Minister’s own words from March 16: “Hezbollah’s attacks on Israel and the targeting of civilians must cease, and it must disarm. We condemn Hezbollah’s decision to join Iran in hostilities…” The question remains: why was this clarity absent today?

He condemns Israel for an "illegal invasion,” condemning the Jewish State for defending itself from Hezbollah - a Canadian-listed terror entity raining rockets on Israeli civilians. Yesterday, four Israeli soldiers were killed in Lebanon by that same terror group. Not a single word of recognition for the soldiers killed by terrorists. Not a single word for the families still living under cluster bombs and ballistic missiles. Not a word for a people and their state living under hellfire and hate. It is a reoccurring pattern with this Liberal government. The Prime Minister gets it exactly wrong: Extending one hand of friendship to our enemies, while slapping our friends in the face with the other one.
