Perfect find!
You can find these all day for ~200 bucks and they are a great deal even at that price.
As someone who spent the past 13 years designing commercial furniture I can tell you there is no comparison between a used Aeron and your typical 200-500$ residential office chair.
These are "contract grade" chairs that meet commercial standards above and beyond typical residential furniture.
The Aeron is also a great buy both because of how popular they were and the nature of the chair itself. There is no upholstery to be stained or hidden foam that could be in disgusting condition (besides for a very thin layer hidden at the very front of the seat pan).
You can return this chair to factory new condition with dish soap and a garden hose, but avoid the power washer, you don't want to blast the grease out of the mechanism.
The Aeron is great but you can find a ton of other great used office chairs at around the 200$ mark, the Steelcase Leap V2 and the Herman Miller Mirra are common ones you may see.

@Hexagone_org effectivement il faut des pistes cyclables complètement protéger de la route par des barrières. pas des bandes qui laissent les voitures utiliser un espace qui est censé être protégé.

@AsterNullbyte congrats on the degree, and I'm sorry for giving the impression that I wanted to be a know it all or particularly egotistical. I genuinely think you made some inaccurate generalizations and I wanted to address them. I am sure you are well educated, but everyone has blindspots.
English

@SnazzyCrusader @AsterNullbyte @Watermelon1Sir and I can't pretend to be a good professor for this, but if you want to learn more there's a lot of information out there :

English

@SnazzyCrusader @AsterNullbyte @Watermelon1Sir that's not how things works if you want security. what's stored instead is a kind of fingerprint. when you give a password it gets turned into that fingerprint and that's what's checked. it's more secure because it's a one way operation. This is quite a complicated topic.
English

@AsterNullbyte @Watermelon1Sir you'll get it one day it's okay you have much to learn
English

@AsterNullbyte @Watermelon1Sir yeah so that scarab character isn't supposed to go into the database to begin with so what you said still is not accurate.
and if they are not both salted and hashed that's also still bad.
+ what I meant by password in my post is the plain text string a user inputs.

@VACdeluxe " (might get cheated themselves) "
okay sure whatever you say man

⚠️ℹ️ So the “study” is basically:
- “Game name” + “cheat / hack / wallhack / aimbot”.
- Google searches.
- Divide by estimated monthly players.
- Call it “cheat interest ratio”.
In 2026. This is wild work.
In ecosystems where providers are known by name, private, invite-only, or not even searched publicly.
And if your player count is inflated with alts and farms that denominator does magic too.
Valorant shows “1 per 1,000”, Riot bans ~40–60k accounts per week (cheating only).
Must be that Vanguard is out there fighting ghosts every week.

Apple Music is cheaper, has MUCH better sound quality, a prettier design and gives you monthly stats. What’s even stopping Spotify users from switching to it?
Tatya Bichoo@enough_yt
Apple Music after the latest update or Spotify? Apple Music looks more aesthetic imo.

@awawawhoami polymarket as a whole is complete ass just by virtue of being glorified gambling due to its marketing and ease of use yea
English

@sweenothy yeah i dont think ultra short duration derivatives of volatile assets are good, this is relatively easy to manipulate and also way too accessible to people who dont know what theyre doing.
