@EE I have taken my honor v5 to M24 store as it is not working and your shop assistant has torn the screen off in the top corner . Then one of them said he didn’t tear it. The other then confessed they did tear it. They have damaged the screen and it’s all sticky. Help.

@EE When I initially took it into the store it looked like this . It turned on but there was a green line. Now they have damaged my phone and I can’t use it. I was you to replace this phone as it was EE fault that they have caused the entire screen to be fully damaged.

@EE EE store cut my screen protector and has now returned the phone looking like this. V5 and the screen protector forms the screen. They have now made it worse as the screen does not even turn on.
