What a lovely shopping experience in @sainsburys new store in Netherfield/Colwick this morning. Popped in too collect my pre order of 10 fruit tarts and my 3yr old was gifted a selection box and me a Terrys Chocolate Orange. Every staff member I spoke to were so happy and helpful

@Morrisons we have been trying to place an order for delivery all day, but it says my postcode is not found (you have been delivering to me for nearly 2yrs)

@Morrisons I presume with the lack of response from yourselves you don't know what is wrong with your system. If this is not resolved within 24hrs you will have lost a loyal customer to the new @sainsburys store this is opening up down the road from @Morrisons

@Morrisons Still the app and the website are saying 'sorry,your address cannot be found'. I've done everything you have suggested, clearing cache, using Chrome, deleting the app etc but still not able to place an order 🤬😡🤬😡
