It is terribly wrong that the City of Toronto allows this AND supports doing it into the future. Black Creek STS is planning on dumping 9500 litres of road runoff & sewage directly into Black Creek at Keelesdale. Hundreds of millions of dollars spent & they plan this. Criminal
