@drklam Yes to all of the above. I also think that we have a deep systems knowledge which places us in the ideal position to effect change and inform policy to address the challenges of an aging society.

That requires a comprehensive knowledge of both medical and other services. Else, you treat diseases that are not the problems people face and waste time; I went into geriatrics because I like a job well done.
