@FNasubo @TheStarKenya These guys might be planning on giving IDs to foreigners en mass to secure votes in 2027. A birth certificate is the primary document of citizenship allover the globe.
English

@TheStarKenya Birth certificate is mandatory for applying ID. It is also required when applying for passport. It is the major proof that you are a Kenyan before ID.
Why not include the nationality of the parents in the ID for it become proof of citizenship?
English

Immigration PS Bitok has said a birth certificate is not an entitlement to citizenship, National ID is what entitles one to be a Kenyan citizen.

English

@TheStarKenya What kind of fallacy is this? A birth certificate is the original primary document proferring citizenahip by birth. An ID comes later in life and is based on a birth certificate as proof of citizenship. What is cooking given such statements?!

@Steve_Momanyi21 @MutahiNgunyi Fake title kama ya Prof. Hamo the comedian.
English

@MutahiNgunyi I really question education a lot because of men like this one.
English

@MutahiNgunyi I wonder how you became a professor. People like you are the ones who make us feel like education is useless
English

@GodwinSiundu Correct. Otherwise it boggles the mind why he didn't seize the opportunity to remake his administration.
English

Prof @swnasongo I think he is beholden to some forces that have threatened to mess him up now and in 2027, which he hopes to win. Clearly, though, it is not working. And the 'handshake' man may not be of help this time around. In all, we need our country back!

President Ruto blew up the opportunity to demonstrate seriousness in responding to the Gen-Z demands. He could have constituted a lean cabinet of 14 composed of new faces of experts in each portfolio. Why recycle 6 out of 11 appointees? Why 56% from the same community?
English

@FelixMutunga11 @GodwinSiundu @paul_wambua1 @OtienoOtieno92 @kimothofrederi1 @syokimondiu @ElvisSalano Exactly. The guy is tone deaf.
English

@GodwinSiundu @paul_wambua1 @OtienoOtieno92 @kimothofrederi1 @syokimondiu @ElvisSalano @swnasongo Thank you Prof. This is a thought provoking read. Interestingly, or not, his recent cabinet positions are a sign of absolute lack of imagination outside transactional leadership. And the fact that politicians are at loggerheads about positions tells us all we need to know.
English

@paul_wambua1 @OtienoOtieno92 @kimothofrederi1 @FelixMutunga11 @syokimondiu @ElvisSalano for a quick view of Ruto's transactional politics vis a vis what was hoped for, see @swnasongo

@MigunaMiguna @WilliamsRuto @MigunaMiguna Keep quiet, sir... Let Gen Z do the job. Your revolutionary zeal ended with Ouru.
