Rod’s quotes here basically tell the story of what’s going on. The guys aren’t playing 100% locked in and hungry.
I don’t think anyone will say they are tired or sandbagging at this stage but, I just don’t think you can get too upset that with the cushion they have and almost nothing to play for that the guys not giving 110% against Montreal in late March is a perfect measuring stick for playoff success.
