@sydneykidneys @BasuNephro @WalaaSaweirs Did a biopsy. No IF and EM in Fiji. 24 gloms. Light microscopy shows Diabetic Nephropathy, no necrosis of glomeruli, no crescents, no features of vasculitis. ANCA reported as Anti MPO Ab 25 AI (<1.0) Anti PR3 Ab < 1.0 AI

44/M/diabetic, with CAD, PVD, previous FFA, presents with nephrotic range proteinuria & hematuria in context of recent DFS of the other foot and Osteomyelitis. Thought AIN or Post infectious GN, but MPO ANCA returned positive - twice! @sydneykidneys @BasuNephro @WalaaSaweirs
