@ZoomerHistorian They are already heavily favoured by Anglos in regional and outersuburburban areas and the vote is probably too concentrated to win a typical election.

Everyone attending any One Nation or Reform UK event seems to be about eighty years old It’s almost as if slop civic nationalism and mild immigration reform isn’t appealing to the youth who are fighting for their very existence
Pauline Hanson 🇦🇺@PaulineHansonOz

It’s been a great weekend here with David Farley for Farrer - One Nation. Fuel, water, and red tape are on everyone’s minds and David will be a fantastic representative to bring your voice to parliament.

If you are an ethnic gay in Australia and you only chase white Australian men your experience is "you are the hottest guy in the world" or "can you be my subplot"

@kennettstan @dnpont576 @CuriousPolite @AusPoll6 You’re still confusing outcomes with mechanisms. Correlation in election results doesn’t mean an ON vote splits the conservative vote in a way that makes it a vote for Labor.

@kennettstan @dnpont576 @CuriousPolite @AusPoll6 There’s no twisting here. You’re making an argument made more accurately about vote splitting in FPTP campaigns and falsely applying it to a CPV system where the voter can order their preferences without the risk of vote splitting.

@kennettstan @dnpont576 @CuriousPolite @AusPoll6 “Preference leakage” means nothing more than people ordering their preferences in a way that isn’t favourable to the Coalition. That does not make a vote for ON a vote for Labor, it just means some people who vote for ON prefer Labor to the Coalition.

@kennettstan @dnpont576 @CuriousPolite @AusPoll6 The claim that a vote for ON is a vote for Labor means that the act of voting ON inherently benefits Labor which is not true. That would only be true if this were FPTP.

@sydtea3 @dnpont576 @CuriousPolite @AusPoll6 You’re using control in a different way. 25-30% of ON voters vote Labor. They help Labor win. ON refused to preference liberals on their HTV despite demanding the liberals preference them (which they did). ON can burn. They help Labor.

@kennettstan @kellygkelly @dnpont576 @CuriousPolite @AusPoll6 None of this has to do with the claim that a vote for ON is a vote for Labor. Perhaps you are angry that ON supporters prefer Labor to the Coalition. Anyone who doesn’t order their preferences the way you like is stupid apparently. That is a very childish take.

@aloeareyouokay @purplepingers It’s not good to destroy public broadcasting actually, especially when the abc vacating the field would mean domination by commercials

@purplepingers I'm sorry but they can just stay home and don't bother coming back. ABC has become a Zionist mouthpiece. The bias and outright LIES render them unwatchable. No pay rise. Infact. No more ABC. Defund them. Zionists can pay for their own hasbara channel.

@kennettstan @dnpont576 @CuriousPolite @AusPoll6 likewise people who mark ON as 1 and preference the Coalition above Labor are still effectively voting for the Coalition candidate in most cases (unless there is a stronger independent or other party candidate).
