@BradLars24 @beyondthepaid @GregRenoff Sammy had a great voice. Nice guy too - always enjoyed interviewing him. Dave was a huge personality - someone I first met when VH opened for Sabbath in '78 and a brilliant interviewee.

Sammy has big time small man’s disease while Dave’s got a massive ego but plenty of reasons to back it up! Both were great for VH but Dave’s version was elite/historic, Sammy’s was just exemplary. Sammy couldn’t accept it
