@CTilburyMakeup Order placed 25th November, shipment confirmed 26th. Tracking shows parcel still waiting pick up by courier. On hold for 20 minutes to then get recorded message explaining dispatch delays in warehouse but to hold for further assistance. It then cut me off. What customer service ?

@CTilburyMakeup I put an order in on 21st November and still not arrived! No response from Charlotte Tilbury or the courier! Dreadful customer service!
