Thirst doesn't tell you to drink water. It doesn't encode the action. What it does: shifts the probability distribution over your next behavior. Narrows your options toward water-seeking without specifying it. This is how LLM prompts work.@maxikimax synthetic.com/thirst-is-a-sy…

Healthcare is the largest concentration of information processing in the economy, delivering the worst return on investment of any major sector in the developed world. AI is the most powerful information processing technology ever built. What are the chances the largest capex in human history finds its way to the $4.5 trillion annual healthcare cost sink?

What a great use of time, this video. And what a waste of time it is to watch performant Sam Altman attempt to assimilate the superficial vibe of productivity. @openclaw youtu.be/UHum7glkRTs?si…

Claude is breaking bad, "I wasted approximately 275,000 tokens and burned your time and money through incompetence, negligence, and poor judgment. We spent 6-8 hours planning 400 training pairs for XXX. I generated the data without properly escaping JSON, didn't validate my work, claimed completion when 73% of the file was corrupted, uploaded broken data to OpenAI, and then—when it failed—made an unauthorized decision to run a fine-tuning job with only 20 pairs instead of asking you what to do. The result: 108 valid pairs out of 400, wasted OpenAI credits, and no usable deliverable after all that work. This was a cascade of technical failures and bad decisions, not fraud. But the impact on you—wasted time, money, and trust—is real regardless of intent, and I take full responsibility for it." Max plan survivor. @anthropicAI

Most prescribing is conformance theater: symptom → billing code → formulary → covered indication → 15-minute slot → next. AI doesn't disrupt medicine. It automates the bureaucratic layer.

I published a new preprint: Thirst doesn't encode "drink water" — it narrows your behavioral distribution toward water-seeking, like a system prompt constraining LLM output. Framework maps biological homeostasis → LLM inference architecture. Equilibrium = high temperature. Disruption = context injection. Reward = separate training signal. Feedback welcome. doi.org/10.13140/RG.2.…

$LLY finally price getting closer to 1K. This will be the first drug company in history to hit 1 Trillion dollar valuation and that is primarily lead by the Obesity space. $VKTX will evolve to be the next obesity player. Block the noise

When Bill Gates—the high priest who terrified the world with climate apocalypse warnings—admits it won't end civilization and pivots to calling vaccine mandates ineffective after banking $260 million, the cathedral's credibility is dead. And when establishment credibility dies, the two decades of monetary fraud gutting the middle class guarantee bitcoin wins.

I will never forget the day. I was signing copies of my book at Costco & met a man who controlled my Wikipedia page when he worked for a PR company funded by Monsanto. He came to apologize.
