Have you ever had therapy on the nhs? I went in anxious and came out suicidal. Absolute blame culture with cbt and mindfulness, if it doesn’t work then it’s the patients fault for not trying hard enough. Whole system needs an overhaul

People don't seem to realize that before phones you would just not see people nor hear from them for months and it was just fine. It is not the default to have access to anyone 24/7, nobody owes you that access and you don't owe it to anybody.

i still have the blue bird icon but because my app is so old i currently:
- can't send or receive dms anymore
- can't view a tweet's quotes
- can't log in to new accounts
- can still add people to my circle (it does nothing)
the price of keeping this bird alive is a big one
