🧵I used to love worship. Like it was everything. I would play the guitar or piano and that would fix me. When I was in college at Liberty I would go back to my room bw classes and have a time of worship. I wouldn’t say I miss worship now per se.

I HATE the saying “relationship over religion.” There is no relationship where there is no belief system (teaching). The religion (teaching) facilitates the relationship. The latter is impossible w/o the former. Who falls in love with someone they don’t know?

@edstetzer I just returned from India. I’ve been doing missions there for over 15 years. The government is getting more strict. In my experience is better to empower their people to reach their people. I wouldn’t venture out on my own.

@edstetzer We are saying a lot of things on this thread but isn’t the simple answer.... YES. When you can’t answer this question without bringing up other issues and names that’s a sign your affiliation is stronger than your Christian conviction.

In Jesus' incarnation, the world had a walking, talking, powerful embodiment of God the Father, and few could refute his divinity. Today, in denying the gifts of the Spirit, we limit our demonstration of Jesus to speech and academia, and many receive a Jesus foreign to scripture.

With both scripture and science affirming all human beings as one biological human race, and members of mankind possessing 99.9% DNA sameness across the entire spectrum of humanity, "racism" is nothing less than a scheming, demonic idol exalting itself against the Word of God.
