There’s a delusion on edtwt that you are safe until you drop below bmi 16. Malnutrition can, has and will kill at any bmi. It does not matter if you eat protein, increase fibre, eat 1000c per day. You are delaying the inevitable. This disorder will kill you.

To think a just a few weeks ago I wanted to GAIN 8kgs.... I see now that i'm never going to be truly happy with my body, i will always find it too big or too small. The cycle of starving myself and then "recovering for a few momths" seems to be never ending. #edrtwt

Last year was literally my first time being severely uw, which means that when I get back to my lw THIS YEAR, I will look smaller than I did last year bc my current bf% is lower than the last time I was healthy Last year I was 7% so I’m excited to see what I’ll be next
