On 10/10/2024, I married the love of my life on the exact same day we met 4 years later. Marrying and getting to spend the rest of my life with him is my greatest accomplishment in life. 💍❤️

I’ve really grown weary of the tension between journal word limits and the necessary detail needed to appropriately describe a study so that readers know what we did and why. I think this an underappreciated source of problems in science (e.g., replication, etc).

My lab just submitted our first NIMH Data Archive upload (yay!) and, wow, I am exhausted. We did so much work upfront to try and prepare our data for submission and it still felt overwhelming + presented a lot of challenges.
