20’s: 5am is for clubbing not running 30’s: 5am is for your kids clubbing you awake and running around the house 40’s: 5am is for running not clubbing all while your kids sleep 50’s: 5am is for running not clubbing 60’s: 5am is for walking while you dream about the days of running and clubbing 70’s: 5am is when you wake up and it feels like someone is clubbing your knees because of all the running you did.
