I’ve had a sinus/ migraine, cough and now I have mouth ulcers. A lot of them. Like 8-10. I ate a little tonight for the first time since yesterday AM. Oragel & Pink Magic mouthwash are the only relief I have. Basically it sucks and I feel like shit. 🥹

Everyone makes mistakes, and being self aware and accountable enough to admit it is an empathetic response you won't get from a narcissist.
