Gente seguinte, eu estou em uma pilha muito doida de fazer uma máquina antiga, pra isso eu preciso muito saber modelar as peças em 3D pra poder imprimir, alguém tem dicas e tutoriais pra um dev que tem 0 skills de modelagem e impressão 3D?

Partiu Joinville pra @codecondev Summit. Só mais 3 voos agora 😅 pelo menos da tempo de dar aquela última revisada nos slides. Chego quarta-feira, se alguém tiver recomendações de algo pra fazer ou um bom café pra trabalhar eu agradeço 🙌

@_StaticVoid @raphamorims Eu tenho um moonlander aqui parado, não me acostumei… da pra configurar teclas pra mexer o mouse, mas claro que não é a mesma coisa que um trackball. O meu logitech com trackball me adaptei 100%

Então, eu tenho esse problema também, eu não tenho medo da curva, acho que é necessário mesmo, o role é que eu não queria usar mouse (ou melhor, não ter que tirar a mão do teclado) por isso que eu to procurando uns com trackball, porque infelizmente os SO's (especialmente o mac) não são muito bons em keyboard only navigation... Eu queria que tudo fosse VIM motion, o mundo seria muito mais lindo

Mano todo dia isso, eu vejo um split keyboard, ai eu entro na pira de ter TODOS os teclados do universo... Mas o problema é que esses teclados são MUITO caros esse Charybdis é 500 euros Ai você vai pra outros teclados tipo o UHK, o negócio é 800 euros Tem outros menores tipo o Dilemma que são mais baratos, mas ainda sim são bem caros. Eu entendo que esses teclados são feitos a mão (não sei se o UHK é) mas ainda sim, é uma parada absurda

@AlexandreSWE Eu vi isso também, quase comentei…. Nunca vi nenhum engenheiro nem gerente no Uber de terno, e de gravata acho que nem C-level. A pessoa pode ter dado um azar de ter encontrado alguém muito escroto, mas nunca ouvi falar disso.

@cramforce I’ll check exactly what we have once I’m back to my computer, but I think I recall some optimizations landing for toString. I’ll look into it soon too. cc @Constellation

@tadeuzagallo Does JSC have tests that assert the string serialization after IEEE754 operations? We're seeing divergence in the 8th significant figure. Previously V8 and JSC behaved exactly the same.

@tadeuzagallo I'll try to isolate. It's literally test code that tries to validate that the client is a compliant JS engine by randomly chaining Math.whatever functions and binary operators. I just can't do it myself cause I don't have an iPhone with me

@cramforce Also, if you have something that reproduces what you’re seeing that you could share (either by filling a bug, DM, whatever is more convenient), that’d be awesome, I’d love to have a look.

@cramforce I don’t really know what you’re referring to, or what that could even mean in practice, but unless you’ve seen a source change I’m unaware of, it sounds like maybe you encountered a bug and assumed the cause.

@brunavvaz Acho que não é a reação ao post de 2 anos atrás não, é um post automático que o LinkedIn faz comemorando todo ano se essa opção tiver habilitada. Eu volta e meio recebo notificação falando “essa pessoa completou X anos na empresa Y, dê os parabéns” ou algo do tipo

Apparently JSC is landing initial support for an in-place Wasm interpreter. This is pretty cool! The whole team was super helpful to me (tiering options, benchmarking, modifing JSC etc) when I was building Wizard's interpreter. ht @saambarati github.com/WebKit/WebKit/…
