Tailer Morrison

Last night we celebrated Tailer and Fiona for their commitments to continue playing college basketball at North Central Missouri College and Cuesta College. We are so proud of them and all the time and effort they put into achieving their goals. Congratulations to both of you!

Congrats to our 3 senior on each being selected as All-League players this year! Fiona Durham was Sunset League MVP, Tailer Morrison and Georgie Wheeler were both 1st Team All-League. Each of them had the best seasons of their careers and played a pivotal role in our success!

⏭️MOVING ON⏭️ Great win from the Pirates tonight in the 1st round of State! They battled thru physicality and executed the game plan perfectly! Tailer Morrison took home the game tape with 19 pts, 17 rebs, and 3 blks! NEXT UP: Thurs night, Granada Hills Charter at HOME again!

Pirates capped off league with a BIG OT win on senior night! Violet Pace w/ the go ahead bucket, and Fiona Durham had 2 FT to ice it. Game tape went to Tailer Morrison w/ 13 pts and 12 reb! Reg season record: 20-6! It was a great night celebrating our seniors! Next stop, CIF!

Pirates come home from Tulare with a non-league win against Dinuba! The girls battled and had a great 2nd half. Tailer Morrison was selected as the game’s Outstanding Player - finishing w/ 20 pts! Season record is now 17-5 and we head to Cabrillo on Tues to continue league play!

7 in a row!! Pirates with a huge 57-13 win over the #12 ranked team in section. Dominated on both sides of the court! Game tape could have gone to so many girls, but Tailer Morrison (@tailermorrison) had another big game with 17 points, 8 rebounds and 3 blocks. Great win ladies!

Pirates close out the SLO Tournament with a dominant win against North Bakersfield. Morro Bay had three girls score in double figures - Fiona Durham (@fionagdurham4) with 18, Violet Pace with 15, and Tailer Morrison (@tailermorrison) with 13.

Pirates look to rebound tomorrow after dropping today’s game against Arvin. Tailer Morrison (@tailermorrison) with 26 points and 14 rebounds in the loss. Morro Bay closes the SLO tournament against North tomorrow at 4:30.
