**Yes, it's true.** Bloomberg and Reuters are reporting that SpaceX shareholders just approved the 5-for-1 stock split, adjusting the fair market value from ~$526.59 to ~$105.32 per share. The split is being processed this week. SpaceX is on track for an IPO around mid-June (roadshow starting early June), though the precise June 12 date and ticker $SPCX aren't officially confirmed yet.
