Having said and asked that, perhaps the men’s has a urinal or, I suppose, there could be state or city enforced regulations for M & W.

This meal would probably get a relatively high score on the @JoinHava app. It has: • 57 grams of protein • 49 grams of fat • a gram or so of carb (from the lettuce) It’s far from my favorite meal (huge understatement) but it serves an important purpose. It provides me with the fuel & nutrients I need to get through my day. It also reminds me that the first purpose of food is nutrition & energy—not entertainment. It makes me more appreciative of the more delicious meals I generally have, like the one I will have tonight while watching the football game. #satietyrules
