I’m gonna start semi recovery now cause if I don’t eat the bare minimum my dad said he would restrain me with fracture equipment so I can’t purge so I’ll eat 1200 cals every day I’m currently bmi 12.5 but he said if I gain 10kg (bmi 16) I could start to go to the gym
