Fruits, veggies can actually fuel lung cancer risk in young non-smokers: shocking study trib.al/woyANsB

JUST IN: Peer reviewed research paper reveals a "low-plastic diet" linked to a 60% reduction in endocrine-disrupting chemicals.

A “plastic-free diet” cut endocrine-disrupting chemicals in the body by up to 60% in just 1 week. Participants in a recent study switched to low-plastic food, plastic-free kitchenware, and screened personal care products for 7 days. Urinary BPA fell by 59%, and phthalates fell by up to 54%. Even switching personal care products alone significantly lowered MnBP, another phthalate, by 35%. These chemicals have been linked to male and female reproductive problems, altered neurodevelopment in children, and even insulin resistance and cardiovascular disease. The takeaway here is that exposure to plastic is not fixed or unavoidable. Reducing highly processed foods, canned foods, plastic packaging, and plastic contact during food prep and storage, as well as personal hygiene products that contain phthalates, can rapidly lower your internal burden of these chemicals.

What's the difference between these 2 butters? Suprsingly, Clover's organic line of butter has added lactic acid and "culture distillates" -- similar to natural flavors. Maple Hill's organic 100% grass-fed butter is not only certified to be 100% Grass-fed and finished but the ingredients?... just organic cream and sea salt.

Salt has been blamed as the culprit for damaging your arteries. A new mouse study puts salt-sensitive hypertension in context. Salt doesn't do it directly, it triggers your immune system to do it. 4 weeks on a high-salt diet (8% NaCl) cut vasodilation by over 20% and spiked senescence markers in blood vessel walls. Pure NaCl did nothing to endothelial cells. The immune cytokine IL-16 alone replicated the full damage. The senolytic (navitoclax) reversed it. Vascular function restored, likely via nitric oxide. The mechanism behind salt-sensitive hypertension may be the immune response salt provokes, and the senescent cells that response leaves behind.
