@talos_star @outhcrowfreak Thing is, he was grouped in with the known culture and stereotypes of people who look like him and treated accordingly, so what he faced was prejudice. That's human nature. It's not merely because he "looked different" it's their perception of him based on what they know.

I think furries gotta be more strict in regards to how different animal species are portrayed. I can't force anyone to draw em more accurately, but I wish more people WANTED to draw em more accurately

He still experienced racism solely because of his appearance. You can give whatever justification, but "they look different" is usually the only reason.

Last week, two grizzly bear attacks claimed the life of a hiker in Glacier National Park and seriously injured two others in Yellowstone National Park. These tragedies are a sobering reminder that grizzly bear populations have recovered well beyond sustainable levels, and it is past time for the federal government to delist them and give states the management tools they need to protect both people and wildlife. Delist the grizzly.

Hunting in Yellowstone is illegal regardless of Endangered Species status, so this wouldn't work the way you think it would. Besides, the reason wildlife attacks usually occur in parks is because of the tourists' behavior, not the wildlife's. We need better education and respect.

When those with limited resources are seen as needing treatment, and Big Pharma is only interested in just treatment and not curing patients, the socialist programs begin billing for “chronic homelessness” and Medicaid is the way to bill it. If you call it “life saving,” you can do whatever you want and use taxpayer funds to buy your votes. New path is the building, Terry Reilly is the “treatment.” 95 additional units added to the already 40 units in Boise. @oldstatemark interviewed a homeless person who gets treated by placebos.
