Absolutely appalled with @ITAAirways . Took a flight on the 2nd July and one of my cases was lost, and ‘not put on my final flight’ it’s now the 17th of July and I have not recieved any response from them and STILL NOT recieved my luggage. Absolutely disgusted.

@ITAAirways I have messaged you. Let’s see how long it takes for a response.

@ITAAirways and @LondonCityAir lost my hold baggage. They told me it would be delivered to my house the next day. It has been 2 days and heard no response. The tracer says my baggage has not been located. @ITAAirways say to call @LondonCityAir but @LondonCityAir do not reply 👎🏼

The last time I fly with @ITAAirways day 15 without a response from anyone and still not recieved my lost luggage.
