Happy Sunday family! I pray you have had a good weekend so far. I’ve been laying low and minding my own business per usual. But today I’m so excited becauseeeeeee It’s church time today! 😍👏🏽💒 It’s been a while since I did a little GRWM (get ready with me) but my outfit for church today was too good not to share. As a young Bishop’s wife, and just a Christian in general modesty is very important to me. I try my earnest to dress in a way that honors Christ and honors my husband. I mostly wear dresses these days but that’s not what makes my wardrobe modest. It’s about the intent of my heart. My heart yearns to please God in all that I do. Including how I present myself. Hello, LIVING sacrifice. That’s BIBLE ain’t it ✨🔥❤️‍🔥 That being said, I am loving this sweater set from @dressedbysimone 😍😍😍 I used to wear this boutique often —my OG followers will remember. She’s BACK and the dresses are even more gorgeous than ever. This sweater set is so cozy (it’s 26 degrees in NYC right now😫) and although I dressed it up, you can dress it down with sneakers too. whew — I’m sure at 7am I would of been tired already.

I was sharing with a friend my testimony from this year & how God turned it all around in 4 months — all we both could do is look at each other in pure shock. God truly get all the glory from 2023 one day my husband & I will share it in its totality. 🥹

Transitions aren’t always easy. Endings can be hard, even if you’re moving on to something greater. Show yourself grace as you grieve what once was and what you hoped it would one day be.

I am SO happy to have a Holy Spirit filled therapist who has walked with me hand & hand in this season of transition. She has helped me to see things from a spiritual sense + a clinical sense. She’s called me on my bluff — yet stood by me when I was right. I hope she’s prepared b/c she’s getting an earful tomorrow 12pm sharp!
