Most people think fat adaptation just means your body burns fat for fuel. That is true but it is only the beginning of the story.
Here is what actually happens when you become fat adapted.
Your insulin drops.
Your blood sugar stabilizes. Your inflammation starts to go away.
Your hunger stops spiking because you are no longer on that blood sugar roller coaster all day long.
Your energy becomes steady and consistent instead of crashing and spiking with every meal.
And then the thing everyone is actually waiting for, your body starts tapping into your stored fat because it finally has permission to access it.
That is the turning point. That is when everything changes.
When you are stuck in sugar burning mode your body literally cannot access your fat stores efficiently because insulin is keeping them locked up.
The moment you stop flooding your system with glucose your insulin normalizes, the lock comes off, and your body starts doing what it was always designed to do.
This is not just weight loss. This is metabolic stability. This is your body repairing itself. This is the moment your body stops working against you and starts working with you.

To some people it's difficult to believe angels travel in spacecraft, but easy to believe God needs a flying chariot. This is the power of religious programming. Scriptures clearly say that beings of light use vehicles to travel between Earth and heaven. This information is extremely problematic for the fear-based "aliens are demons" crowd.

Want to age slower? Build muscle.

@Kabamur_Taygeta I think we also underestimate the deep programming that Hollywood has done on us for so long. Any movie involving beings from outer space is always the same premise of humans being the good guys and aliens being the bad guys. The fear is rooted deep, much like religion

It's a shame that we still have to use words like "angel" or "demon" but religious programming still runs deep on Earth.
As someone who comes from a religious background, I use these words to help people understand that scriptures confirm the 'good guys' travel in flying crafts.
"Angels" from other stars and dimensions travel here (with or without spacecraft) through portals. They have bases here. They want to be seen without fear.
Negative entities without any real power hide on the astral plane and manipulate humans into thinking everything outside of Earth is demonic.
The dark forces maintain an illusion of power with lies. The light forces allow lies, and free will, because Earth souls are being morally prepared for the next step.
Religious and non-religious people have been filled with a false sense of superiority over non-humans from space. The truth will be humbling.
