@jamiem2983 @Rbrownx27 It makes no sense either since some people literally had their passports back in weeks , they are clearly not prioritising the people who applied months ago! Let me know if you have any positive updates !

@taradee10 @Rbrownx27 I’m in the same boat! Sent proof of flights last Monday as due to fly on the 16th and was told will be contacted within 48hrs. And nothing! Called at least 3 or 4 times a day. Absolute nightmare

@Rbrownx27 Oh no :( mine was sent start of march and they only recently updated to say theyd received the passport but no update since. This passports in Liverpool which makes no sense as newport is local. Waiting on upgrade team but its been days :( x
